Great Pictures from Spring & Summer Events

I know it is really late but I wanted to show off the Furry Fotos from our Easter fundraiser for the Boone County Animal Shelter.   A great time was had by dogs, their owners and us.  Through the donations we raised over $150 for the Boone County Animal Shelter's Adoption Waggin' Fund.

This past weekend we had a booth at the PetFest 2010 sponsored by the Friends of the Shelter.   One of the main attractions was the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Adoption Waggin' with a tour following.

Why We Love Cats and Dogs

I watch a program every week called "Nature" on PBS.  Most of the time it takes the viewer to exotic locations and focuses on wildlife.  Not this time.

The show was about our relationships with two of the most popular pets in America, cats and dogs.  It was very insightful even for me, a dog and cat owner all my life.  I recommend that you watch it

There was a comment in the show that the relationships with our pets can be some of the longest in our lives.  The average dog or cat lives 12 years and the average marriage is currently only 3.5 years.

I could type so much more but I will let the show speak for it's self.

Easter Pet Portraits in Burlington KY

April 3rd from 11am - 3pm Top Dog Cuts and us are raising money for the Boone County Animal Shelter's Adoption Waggin Fund.

The Adoption Waggin will give the Boone County Animal Shelter to show off adoptable pets on the weekends and at local events and fairs.  Currently they are closed on the weekends and have no realistic way to transport the pets.

Bring your pet down to Top Dog Cuts and get their Easter Portrait taken.  If they need a cut and shampoo 10% of any sales will be donated by Top Dog Cuts.  After your pet has it's portrait taken and you would like a private Furry Fotos Session then book one with us.  When you pay the deposit or Creative Fee to reserve your day we will donate 25% to the cause.

Make a $6 donation and you will receive a 4x6 print in an Easter frame.  Donate $10 and you get two 4x6 prints.

We hope to see you and your pets Saturday April 3rd from 11am to 3pm at Top Dog Cuts in the Kroger Shopping Center on KY 18 in Burlington KY.
